Beer of the Week 72 - 6/8/2011: Weyerbacher Brewing Co. Tiny
I am trying really hard to figure out Belgian-style stouts.  This was a newer release from the Easton, PA brewery and despite how much I love everything they do, I struggled to like this one.  Regular stout flavors come out with dark roasted malts and some chocolate.  And then comes the Belgian influences - yeasty, slightly spicy flavors along with some dark fruits.  I plan on giving this style another shot sometime, just not too soon.
