As a law student on both a budget and a diet, I decided to indulge once a week in my love for craft beer. The result was a weekly ritual involving an in depth look into the specific beer I chose. Beer of the Week 73 - 6/15/2011: New Glarus Brewing Co. Raspberry Tart
Huge thanks to Jordan Sokoloski for picking this one up in Wisconsin for me. Been waiting quite a bit to get to try this one as it is extremely hard to get outside of Wisconsin. Tastes exactly as described. Tart, sweet, fresh raspberries. Very sweet in fact. Would make a really great dessert beer.
