Beer of the Week 84 - 8/31/2011: Bosteels Tripel Karmeliet
Quintessential tripel from Belgium. Light fruits like pear, white grape and peach coupled with a solid malty backbone. Classic Belgian yeast aromas and flavors are present as well making this one a must have, and, a great example of the style for those just getting into Belgian beers.
