As a law student on both a budget and a diet, I decided to indulge once a week in my love for craft beer. The result was a weekly ritual involving an in depth look into the specific beer I chose. Beer of the Week 86 - 9/14/2011: Stone Brewing Arrogant Bastard Ale
Arrogant Bastard tastes as big and in your face as the name would lead you to believe. Big citrusy hops and huge malts make this a big punch to the tastebuds. Stone is one of the originators of craft beer in the U.S. This beer is a prime example of what craft beer evolved from. Worth checking out and is very readily available in almost all markets.
