As a law student on both a budget and a diet, I decided to indulge once a week in my love for craft beer. The result was a weekly ritual involving an in depth look into the specific beer I chose. Beer of the Week 88 - 9/28/2011: Pretty Things Beer & Ale Project Saint Botolph’s Town
Pretty Things has been a rising star in the craft beer world these past few years. This one is an English brown ale, which I normally don’t go for since I fnd them to be quite boring beers. However, this one was quite tasty and very well done. Nice roasted malts and a small hop presence made this one an enjoyable beer.
