As a law student on both a budget and a diet, I decided to indulge once a week in my love for craft beer. The result was a weekly ritual involving an in depth look into the specific beer I chose. Beer of the Week 92 - 10/26/2011: Dogfish Head Saison du BUFF
This beer was a collaboration between Dogfish Head (DE), Stone Brewing (CA), and Victory Brewing (PA). It is a saison that was brewed with parsely, sage, rosemary and thyme (no I did not listen to Simon and Garfunkel while drinking this beer).
This is the Dogfish Head version of the beer, and my favorite iteration of the 3 that were released. I felt that this version held true to the ingredients that were used. Although it was not my favorite beer, or saison, that I have ever had, it sure was interesting to try.
