Beer of the Week 98.4 - 12/7/2011: Dark Horse Fore Smoked Stout
Well, something just wasn’t right with this one. I don’t know if I had an infected bottle or what (yes, beers can become infected and no you won’t get ill from it). There was no smoke aroma or taste to speak of. I know others have reported this one having a nice smokey, peat-like quality, but there is nothing here. Oh well.
